The Services are offered by Resonate International INC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), with its registered address at 8The Green, Suite B, in the City of Dover County of Kent Zip Code 19901, State of Delaware.

Rectification. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"). In certain circumstances, you can request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
Restriction of Processing. You may request that we limit the processing of your personal information in specific situations.
Data Portability. Where technically feasible, you can request a copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and ask us to transfer it to another controller.

To help us protect personal data, we request that you use a strong password and never share your password with anyone or use the same password with other sites or accounts.

We generally retain your information for as long as it is necessary to serve the purpose(s) for which such information was collected, including to provide you with the Services.
