1. Credits

1.1 How do credits work?

Agent-Based Content Generation
When you make a request, credits are used for both understanding your need and crafting the final output. The number of credits depends on:

  • Tool / model chosen – each offers unique capabilities at different credit levels.
  • Task complexity – the more detailed the request, the more credits required.

Canvas Generator Usage
Credits are consumed according to your generation settings:

  • Image size & quality you select.
  • Style and level of detail desired.
  • Advanced parameters you enable.

The more sophisticated your settings, the more credits will be required.

1.2 How to get more credits?

1.3 Will credits expire?

Monthly Credits Credits from your subscription plan automatically refresh each month on your billing date and do not carry over to the next billing cycle.

Free Credits and Top-up Credits These credits never expire and will remain in your account until used.


1.4 Commercial License

Members may use Lovart-generated content for commercial purposes subject to the original model license and platform TOS.
Commercial rights exclude redistributing / reselling the model itself or using it to build competing services.


2. Frequently Asked Questions

2.1 How can I monitor my remaining credits?

Remaining credits are always visible next to your avatar. For full usage details, open Account Settings → Usage.


2.2 How to change or cancel your subscription plan

Upgrading: Basic → Pro

  1. Hover over your profile avatar and choose Upgrade.
  2. If on an annual Basic plan, unused months are automatically refunded.
  3. Pro takes effect immediately; any previous-month credits expire on their original schedule.

Upgrading: Monthly → Annual

  • Click the desired annual plan; it begins after the current monthly cycle ends.

Canceling

  1. Go to Account → Manage Subscription.
  2. Click Cancel on the active plan and confirm.

3.Refund Policy

3.1 Monthly Subscription Orders

  • Within 7 days of purchase
    If no credits from the current membership package have been consumed, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • After 7 days of purchase
    Refunds for that month are not available.


3.2 Annual Subscription Orders

  • Within 7 days of purchase
    If no credits have been consumed, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • After 7 days of purchase

    • Refunds are available for unused months.
    • Fully consumed months are non-refundable.
    • For the current active month, if credits have already been consumed, refunds are not available.

    Note: If an annual plan is refunded, consumed months and the active month will be recalculated at the monthly subscription rate.
    Since the annual term was not completed, the annual discount will not apply.


3.3 Refund Processing Time

  • We will reply to refund requests within 24 hours on business days.
  • Refunds will be processed and completed within 10 business days, with confirmation sent by email.
