Lovart.AI Account Deletion Rule

You may request deletion of your Lovart.AI account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone once completed (see “Irreversible Effects” below).

Because deletion affects personal information, stored content, and account assets, please review the conditions carefully before submitting a request.

1. How to Request Deletion

Contact us at support@lovart.ai, and we will guide you through identity verification. We must verify that you are the account holder (or authorized organization admin for enterprise accounts) before processing deletion.

2. When We Delete Accounts

We delete accounts in the following situations:

(a)User‑Initiated Deletion (verified request).

(b)Organization‑Directed Deletion (for enterprise / managed accounts, when instructed by your organization administrator).

(c)Required by Law or Policy (e.g., confirmed child under minimum age, legal obligation to remove data, repeated policy violations where closure is mandated).

(d)Extended Inactivity (if enabled by product policy; we will provide notice before deletion when required by law).

(e)Other circumstances as provided in our Terms of Service.

3. What Happens to Your Personal Information

When your deletion request is confirmed, we will:

(a)Deactivate access immediately (or within a short processing window).

(b)Schedule deletion of personal information linked to your account from active systems within reasonable time period in compliance with applicable laws.

(c)Permanently delete or irreversibly de‑identify registration data (name, email, profile info), account identifiers, and linked authentication tokens.

(d)Remove payment tokens from our systems (we do not store full card data; processors retain records required for fraud, audit, tax, or chargeback compliance).

4. What May Be Retained (Limited & Lawful Exceptions)

We may retain certain information after account deletion when we have a lawful basis or operational need, including:

(a)Transaction records, invoices, tax, and audit logs (legal/financial obligations).

(b)Security, fraud, and abuse logs (legitimate interests, platform integrity).

(c)Content previously shared publicly or with other users where removal would impair the experience of others or conflict with law.

(d)Backups & archives: Data may persist temporarily in backup systems until those cycles expire; it is not actively used.

(e)Legal holds: Data preserved in response to subpoenas, investigations, or litigation is retained until the matter resolves.

Where retained, access to this data is restricted and it is used only for the allowed purpose.

5. User Content and Shared Materials

Your own private content is deleted or de‑identified. However:

(a)Content visible to others (e.g., shared images, prompts, comments, collaborations) may remain available to those users if removal would break their content records, unless you delete it before requesting account deletion or applicable law requires removal.

(b)We may anonymize authorship instead of removing community content (e.g., “Deleted User”).

(c)Content that other users have copied, downloaded, or re‑used is outside our control.

6. Account Assets: Subscriptions, Credits, Balances

Account deletion affects assets tied to your account:

(a)Active subscriptions are canceled as of the deletion effective date (or at the end of the current billing period, depending on product policy and local law).

(b)Unused credits/tokens/virtual items are forfeited upon deletion unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

(c)Pending payouts or affiliate balances (if applicable) must be resolved before deletion.

7. Irreversible Effects

After deletion is completed:

(a)You will lose access to your account, history, saved content, and any associated assets.

(b)Username and email may no longer be recoverable for reuse.

(c)Recovery is not guaranteed; in most cases, you must create a new account to use Lovart.AI again.

8. Status Updates

We will confirm receipt of your deletion request, notify you when verification is complete, and inform you when core account deletion is processed. Some data removal (e.g., backups, logs) occurs on rolling schedules.

9. How to Follow Up
